Effective date: July 8, 2026
Idaho Sky Services, LLC (“Idaho Sky Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It also describes the terms of our text messaging (SMS) program.
We collect information you provide to us directly in the course of arranging and delivering home-care services, including:
We do not purchase contact lists, and we do not add anyone to our communications without their direct consent.
We use the information we collect only to operate our home-care service and communicate with the people we serve. This includes scheduling and confirming visits, sending appointment and visit reminders, returning your calls, coordinating care with your caregivers and family, responding to your questions, and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
Idaho Sky Services offers text messaging to our home-care clients, their authorized family members, and our staff for scheduling and coordination — such as appointment confirmations, visit reminders, and returning calls.
Enrollment in our text messaging program is voluntary and consent is collected one person at a time, verbally. We add a mobile number only after the person gives us that number and verbally agrees to receive text messages, either during in-person or telephone intake or when they contact our office. We do not have an online or website opt-in form, and we do not enroll anyone automatically.
Messages are limited to scheduling and coordination — appointment confirmations, visit reminders, scheduling changes, and returning your calls. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send medical, health, or treatment information by text message. You will typically receive only a few messages per month, and message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you re-enroll by replying START. For help, reply HELP to any message, or call us at (208) 267-0540.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide your care and as required by law, for example:
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their work.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide services and to meet our legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, after which it is securely disposed of.
You may ask us to review, correct, or update your contact information at any time, and you may opt out of text messages as described in Section 3. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
Our services and communications are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our services or text messaging program after an update means you accept the revised policy.
