These terms explain how the Idaho Sky Services, LLC text messaging program works. They apply to every text message we send from our office numbers. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which describes how we protect your information.

What We Send

We send text messages to our clients, their authorized family members and care contacts, and our staff, for scheduling and coordination:

• Appointment and visit confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling changes
• Returning your calls and answering your questions
• Check-ins and follow-ups from our office

Some messages include a link, for example a link to a recorded voice message from our office, or a link to a form, a document or a page on our website. Every link is sent by our office. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never send medical, health or treatment information by text message.

How You Join

Joining is voluntary. We add your mobile number only after you give it to us and agree, out loud, to receive text messages from us, during an in-person or telephone conversation or when you contact our office. We do not use an online sign-up form, we do not buy contact lists, and we never add anyone automatically. After you agree, we send one text message confirming that you have joined.

How Often

Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few messages a month, and more when a visit is being arranged or changed.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile phone plan. Idaho Sky Services does not charge for text messages.

Stopping Messages

You can stop text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been removed, and we will not text you again unless you ask to rejoin by replying START.

Your Mobile Information

We will not sell or share your mobile phone number, your consent to receive text messages, or your opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. More details are in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your phone.

Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
